I am going to be straightforward with you about how this works. No hidden clauses. No surprises after you spend your money. Read this before you buy anything and you will know exactly where you stand.
The Music
Every song available for purchase can be heard before you buy it. You already know what you are getting before you spend a single dollar. Because of this all music purchases are final. There are no refunds on music. You listened first. You chose. That is a sovereign decision and I respect it both ways.
Digital Products
Every digital product on this platform — whether it was created using AI tools, built by me personally, or sourced through an affiliate link — will always be clearly identified as exactly what it is before you purchase it. You will always know whether you are buying something I made, something AI assisted me in creating, or whether a link is redirecting you to Amazon or another external platform.
Because of this transparency all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. You know what you are buying before you buy it. That is the commitment I make to you. In return the purchase is yours and the sale is final.
The Members Area
The Members area is adult only. Not because the content is purely explicit — but because it contains deep spirituality, strategy, community building tools, bloopers from the climb, and content that explores the full human experience without filters. I believe children should be guided by their parents — not by a platform. I Am Is and Was ™ exists to open minds. It is not here to shape the beliefs of young people who have not yet had the chance to form their own. The Members area requires you to confirm you are 18 or older before accessing any content. Memberships are non-refundable once accessed.
A Note On The Free Content
My courses are always free. The God's Teachings are always free. The Hermetic Laws are always free. The recovery content is always free. This is the Namaste of the community — the open door that costs nothing. The Members area is the Ubuntu of the community — the space where we build together, strategize together, and hold each other accountable together. The value there is in the people, not the content. If you are not sure whether the Members area is right for you — spend time in the free content first. The door is always open.
Swag and Third Party Products
I design the product. A third party prints it and ships it. I only create the label and place it on their products — I do not control the printing, the shipping, or the fulfillment process.
This means refunds, exchanges, and order issues for physical products must be handled directly through the third party fulfillment platform. Their policy governs the transaction.
However — if you have an issue and the third party is not resolving it to your satisfaction I need to know about it.
Put REFUND ISSUE in the subject line. Here is why this matters to me personally — if a third party is not looking after my community I need to know so I can fix it and make sure it does not happen to anyone else. You are not just a transaction. You are the reason this exists. And if someone in my supply chain is treating you like a transaction I will make it right and then I will make changes so it cannot happen again.

If anything about a purchase is unclear before you make it — ask first.
I would rather answer a question before the sale than have you feel uncertain after it. That is not how this community works.
