These terms govern your use of iamisandwas.com and all content, products, and community spaces operating under the I Am Is and Was ™ brand. Please read them. They are written in plain language because you deserve to know exactly what you are agreeing to before you go any further.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — that is okay. But this is not the space for you.
Who We Are
I Am Is and Was ™ is a spiritual growth and transformation platform created by Chris Barembruch operating under the legal author name C.J. Barembruch. The platform is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. All inquiries can be directed to namaste@iamisandwas.com.
The Content
Everything published on this website — the God's Teachings, the Hermetic Law blogs, the songs, the lyrics, the poetry, the recovery stories, the GoMining content, the character blogs, the POV reviews — is the original intellectual property of I Am Is and Was ™ unless otherwise stated.
You are welcome to share content from this site. You are welcome to quote it, reference it, and point people toward it. What you may not do is reproduce it in full, sell it, rebrand it, or present it as your own work. That is not Ubuntu. That is theft. And this community does not have space for that.
The Products
All digital products including music, courses, and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Physical products including swag are subject to the return policy of the fulfillment partner. If something went wrong with your order contact namaste@iamisandwas.com and every situation will be reviewed with fairness and integrity.

Every affiliate link on this site is connected to something that is genuinely part of my story. I will never recommend something I have not personally experienced. The Community
The I Am Is and Was ™ community — across all platforms including the website, the Saturday Seminar, and the Members area — operates on the principles of Namaste and Ubuntu. The Divine in me honors the Divine in you. I Am Because We Are ™.
This means:
You are welcome here regardless of your background, identity, orientation, religion, or history.
You are not welcome to use this space to harm, diminish, harass, or silence another person.
Content that violates these principles will be removed. People who repeatedly violate these principles will be removed. There is no negotiation on this. The 400 souls this community was built for deserve a space that is safe.
The Members Area
Some content within the Members area is designated as adult only. By accessing adult content you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing Members only content outside of the Members area is strictly prohibited.
The Ubuntu Fund ™
Donations to The Ubuntu Fund ™ are non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to community support. Every dollar received and every dollar spent is documented publicly. The Ubuntu Fund ™ exists for community members in need — not for operational costs, not for personal use, not for anything other than what it says it is for.
The Namaste Fund ™
Donations to The Namaste Fund ™ are personal contributions to Chris Barembruch directly. They are non-refundable. They are given freely and received with gratitude.
The GoMining Content
Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice. GoMining referral content is shared as part of a personal story and journey. All investments carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Make your own decisions. Do your own research.
Limitation of Liability
